Daoist medicine says: the best healer treats spirit, the middling treats qi, the ordinary treats form.
The wisest physician begins from spirit — the higher dimensions.
The ordinary physician treats only the body.
HUM的干预铁律只有一条:
永远从高维向低维。
低维的症状,是高维失衡的显化。
只治症状,症状会再回来。
治根,整棵树才真正复活。
HUM has one unbreakable rule:
Always intervene from higher dimensions downward.

失眠,表面上是身体的问题(D1)。

One example:
Insomnia appears to be a physical problem (D1).
But the root is often a belief (D3) — "I have something important tomorrow; I must sleep."
This thought activates the sympathetic nervous system, making rest impossible.
HUM doesn't only offer a sleeping pill. It asks: can that thought be released?

Something Has Been Forgotten for Too Long
你生病了,去看医生。

You fall ill. You see a doctor.
The doctor tells you what disease you have, what medicine to take.

什么是生命主权
What Is Life Sovereignty
生命主权,不是说不听医生的话。
不是拒绝药物,不是拒绝帮助。
Life sovereignty does not mean ignoring doctors.
It does not mean refusing medicine or rejecting help.
生命主权,是说:
你知道自己在做什么选择,
你知道为什么做这个选择,
你是主动的参与者,不是被动的接受者。
Life sovereignty means:
you know what choices you are making,
you know why you are making them,
you are an active participant, not a passive recipient.
它包含三件事:
It contains three things:
知道权——我有权利知道,发生在我身上的事是什么。
不只是病名,而是:这个失衡,从哪里来?通向哪里?
The right to know — I have the right to understand what is happening in my body. Not just the diagnosis, but: where does this imbalance come from? Where does it lead?
选择权——我有权利选择,怎样面对这个处境。
包括:配合治疗,也包括:改变生活方式,也包括:从高维切入。
The right to choose — I have the right to choose how I face this situation. Including: cooperating with treatment. Also including: changing how I live. Also including: entering from the higher dimensions.
参与权——我有权利参与,自己身体的疗愈过程。
不只是等待结果,而是:成为疗愈的主动创造者。
The right to participate — I have the right to participate in my own healing process. Not merely waiting for results, but becoming an active creator of healing.
这三件事,不是特权,不是奢侈。
这是每一个生命,本来就拥有的权利。
These three things are not privilege, not luxury.
They are the birthright of every living person.

三 · Three
为什么生命主权,被遗忘了
Why Life Sovereignty Was Forgotten
现代医学很伟大。
它救了无数生命,解决了无数问题。
HUM从不否认这一点。
Modern medicine is great.
It has saved countless lives, solved countless problems.
HUM never denies this.
但现代医学有一个根深蒂固的假设:
身体,是一台机器。
哪里坏了,修哪里。
医生,是技师。患者,是等待维修的设备。
But modern medicine rests on a deep assumption:
the body is a machine.
Whatever breaks, fix it.
The doctor is a technician. The patient is equipment awaiting repair.
这个假设,有时候有效。
但它遗漏了一件事——
生命,不是机器。
This assumption sometimes works.
But it leaves out one thing —
life is not a machine.
机器,坏了是因为零件损坏。
生命,病了是因为系统失去了相干。
修零件,不能重启系统。
A machine breaks because parts fail.
Life falls ill because the system loses coherence.
Repairing parts cannot reboot the system.
HUM用一句话说清楚这个区别:

HUM做的是 Reboot(重启)
HUM puts the difference in one sentence:
Traditional medicine does Repair.
HUM does Reboot.
重启,需要主人。
机器等人来修。
系统,需要自己醒来。

Each line can be spoken aloud, facing a mirror, every morning.
我宣告:

我的生命,属于我。
不属于任何疾病,不属于任何诊断,
不属于任何别人对我的判断。

我的身体,是我最亲密的伙伴。
它一直在照顾我,即使我没有注意到。
从今天起,我也照顾它。

我相信:我的生命系统,有自我修复的能力。
疾病,是它发出的信号,不是它的终点。
我选择听见这个信号,而不是只是压制它。

我相信:疗愈,从高维开始。

怎么开始
How to Begin
不需要把四本书都读完,才能开始。
不需要完全理解七个维度,才能开始。
不需要等到身体好了,才能开始。
You do not need to finish all four books before beginning.
You do not need to fully understand the seven dimensions before beginning.
You do not need to wait until your health improves before beginning.
你只需要:
今天,选择一件最小的事,做到。
You only need:
today, to choose one very small thing and do it.
可以是:
饭后,放下手机,慢走十五分钟。
或者:早上起来,对着镜子说一句温柔的话。
或者:今晚,比昨晚早一个小时躺下。
或者:只是:停一下,感受这一口呼吸。
It could be:
after a meal, set down the phone and walk slowly for fifteen minutes.
Or: in the morning, say one gentle thing to yourself in the mirror.
Or: tonight, lie down one hour earlier than yesterday.
Or simply: stop for a moment, and feel this one breath.
生命主权,不是一次宏大的宣告。
它是每天一个小小的选择,积累起来,变成新的生命。
Life sovereignty is not a single grand declaration.
It is one small choice each day, accumulating into a new life.
生命从来没有背叛你。
它只是在等你,回来做主人。
Life has never betrayed you.
It has simply been waiting for you to return and take your place as sovereign.

A Closing Word
我是金发,一个八十岁的退休医师,
在安徽东至的山里,每天早上醒来,
做一件事:
把我一生行医所见的智慧,
用今天的语言,还给每一个人。
I am Jinfa, a retired physician of eighty years,
in the mountains of Dongzhi, Anhui,
waking each morning to do one thing:
return the wisdom gathered across a lifetime of medicine
to every person, in today's language.
我不是来教你的。
我是来提醒你的:
你早就知道你需要知道的一切。
你只是,需要一点帮助,想起来。
I am not here to teach you.
I am here to remind you:
you already know everything you need to know.
You simply need a little help to remember.
