极致减法原则:不要给患者过于复杂的饮食方案。每次只推荐一至两个具体改变,坚持二十八天,再评估调整。
Radical reduction principle: never give patients an overly complex dietary plan. Recommend only one to two specific changes at a time; maintain for 28 days, then reassess.
